Job summary

Outsourced is seeking a Mid-Level Documenter for a remote AU project. You will produce technical documentation and drawings in Revit, support documentation across multiple projects, and ensure outputs meet buildability, design intent and required standards.

You will review your work before QA, revise based on feedback, and apply NCC and Australian Standards. The role is homebased with a designated workspace, company equipment, and a Manila-time schedule to align with the Design Excellence

Qualifications

• Experience in a technical documentation role within the construction, building or related industry.
• Working proficiency in Revit and the ability to produce technical drawings and documentation.
• Understanding of construction documentation processes, including construction packs and As-Built documentation.
• Good attention to detail and the ability to review drawings for accuracy, completeness and consistency.
• Ability to interpret instructions and translate them into clear, buildable technical documentation.
• Willingness to learn and apply relevant construction standards, documentation procedures and QA feedback.
• Good communication, organisation and time management skills, with the ability to support multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate technical documentation and drawings in Revit based on instructions from the Design Excellence Coordinator or relevant senior team members.
• Support documentation requirements across multiple projects, ensuring deliverables are completed to the required standards and timelines.
• Contribute to all stages of the documentation lifecycle, including project setup, construction pack preparation and final As-Built documentation.
• Ensure drawings communicate design intent, buildability and technical details clearly.
