Job summary

Placement By Design, Inc. seeks a Project Architect with strong Revit and AutoCAD skills, experienced in construction document production for commercial and industrial buildings to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will lead the Revit model and oversee the creation of a full set of Working Construction Documents from start to finish, working with minimal input from others and ensuring code compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 6+ years professional architectural experience required.
• NAAB Accredited Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
• Registered Architect or on path to licensure.
• Proficient Building Codes, Hand Sketching, and Microsoft Office Suite skills required.
• Advanced Revit and AutoCAD skills required.
• Adobe Photoshop and SketchUp skills preferred.
• LEED Green Associate and NCARB preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead production of Working Construction Documents from start to finish.
• Demonstrate project leadership and coordinate with the team.
• Develop a Revit Model to support the full set of construction documents.
