Job summary

Uptalent.io is hiring a Revit Documentation Specialist to support a growing portfolio of educational and institutional architecture projects in the U.S. market.

This role focuses on developing accurate, coordinated documentation across K–12, higher education, and other public-sector projects. You will create and manage Revit models, generate construction documents, and collaborate with architects and consultants across design phases, ensuring compliance with U.S.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional experience using Revit.
• Experience documenting K–12 schools, educational facilities, higher education, or comparable institutional projects.
• Proven experience working on projects in the U.S. market.
• Strong knowledge of architectural construction documentation and drawing-set production.
• Familiarity with U.S. architectural standards, building codes, and documentation practices.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain architectural models in Revit.
• Produce construction documents, plans, elevations, sections, details, schedules, and complete drawing sets.
• Support projects through different design and documentation phases.
• Coordinate documentation with architects, consultants, and project team members.
• Review drawings for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards.
• Incorporate design changes and consultant information into Revit models and documentation packages.
• Maintain organized models, sheets, families, and project information.
