Job summary

Mutual of Omaha Reverse Mortgage is seeking a Sales Manager/Team Leader to manage 8–12 reverse mortgage Loan Officers backed by a strong marketing machine generating LEADS. The role focuses on hitting daily, weekly, and monthly metrics and coaching the team to close loans promptly.

Base pay starts around $90,000 with a bonus program; total earnings can reach $200,000–$300,000+ with bonus opportunities. This is a 100% remote opportunity promoting a customer-focused, ethical sales culture.

Qualifications

• The ideal candidates will have at least 2 years of reverse mortgage experience managing a team of reverse mortgage LO's in a call center environment
• Would consider a manager that has managed in the mortgage space for inside call centers and does not have reverse mortgage experience but does have mortgage experience
• Would consider a loan officer with at least 2 years of reverse mortgage experience in a call center environment
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Daily/weekly trainings and call reviews
• Screening, Interviewing and Hiring team members
• Managing lead conversions and metrics
• Managing a pipeline of loans and ensuring they close in a timely manner
• Coaching and motivating the team
• Assisting upper management in growing the HECM department
