Job summary

Longbridge Financial, LLC is seeking an experienced Wholesale Reverse Mortgage Account Executive to grow our national broker partner network in a full-time remote role. You will develop and manage relationships with brokers, drive submission activity, and support growth strategies to capture a larger share of HECM business.

You will manage the loan pipeline, coordinate with the TPO Channel Leader and Partner Support, and stay current on industry guidelines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales within the reverse mortgage industry.
• Familiar with Salesforce, Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of ReverseVision or Quantum Reverse LOS systems preferred.
• Strong self-motivation and goal orientation.
• Ability to multi-task in a high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Establish and grow relationships with new and existing partners.
• Source and prospect qualified partners and assist in documentation.
• Generate submissions through broker prospecting.
• Manage loan pipeline and maintain service levels.
• Develop growth strategies with Channel Leader and target high-quality originators.
• Provide partner support.
• Stay updated on industry guidelines.
• Communicate professionally with internal and external contacts.
• Assist brokers with reverse marketing strategies.
• Conduct reverse training and marketing webinars.
• Occasional travel.
