Job summary

Nationwide Equities Corporation is expanding our Reverse Mortgage Wholesale Division and seeking an experienced mortgage professional who can build relationships, generate business, and produce results. This is an opportunity to join an established platform and build a high-revenue, long-term residual income portfolio with strong operational and underwriting support behind you.

You will develop broker relationships, manage your own book of business, educate brokers on reverse mortgage products,

Qualifications

• 5+ years mortgage industry experience
• Proven mortgage sales and/or Account Executive experience
• Strong broker relationship-building skills
• Sales-driven, competitive and motivated to grow
• Excellent communication and follow-through
• Reverse Mortgage experience highly desirable
• Mortgage processing experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with mortgage brokers
• Build and manage your own book of business
• Identify new accounts and business opportunities
• Educate brokers on Reverse Mortgage products and programs
• Help structure transactions and overcome obstacles
• Partner with Operations to move loans from submission to closing
• Grow production, revenue and long-term broker relationships
