Job summary

LeanTaaS seeks an Associate GTM Engineer to own and build data pipelines inside the Revenue Engineering team. You’ll write code, deploy services, and integrate systems, shaping how the revenue stack operates.

You’ll work with non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions, improving healthcare operations and throughput. Office options include Santa Clara, CA and Charlotte, NC, with remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in CS or related field.
• 0–2 years of professional software experience.
• Fluent in Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL proficiency, REST API integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Build & Scale End-to-End Pipelines: automate data pipelines across analytics, legal, and commissions.
• Integrate the Revenue Stack: connect CRM, billing, finance with APIs and data pipelines.
• Ship & Operate Internal Applications: deploy containerized AWS services and support deal desk and sales ops.
