Job summary

Lumen seeks a GTM Systems Administrator specialized in LeanData to lead administration, governance, and optimization of our Lead-to-Revenue platform across multiple Salesforce environments.

You will partner with Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Campaign Ops, and BI teams to design scalable processes, improve speed-to-lead, routing accuracy, and pipeline performance in a fully remote US-based role.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years administering LeanData, Salesforce or related GTM platform.
• Strong lead lifecycle, routing, and sales-automation knowledge.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration across Marketing, Revenue, Sales ops.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable automation.

Responsibilities

• Administer LeanData platform, routing logic, matching rules, scheduling and governance.
• Design and optimize lead routing, account matching, and workload distribution across Salesforce instances.
• Partner with Marketing Ops, Revenue Ops, Sales Ops and BI teams to deliver scalable platform solutions.
• Develop dashboards and reports measuring routing effectiveness and SLA compliance.
• Collaborate with MarTech vendors to ensure data flow and integration.
