In this role, you'll develop relationships with insurance companies, collect payments, research and resolve accounts, and maximize collections to meet performance goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare and medical billing/collections (Medicare) experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify trends and perform root cause analysis on unpaid and underpaid claims
• Research, appeal, and resolve claim rejections, underpayments, and denials
• Maintain positive relationships with clinical staff and insurance representatives

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Associates or Bachelor’s degree (highly preferred)
• Strong research and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Proven ability to resolve challenging issues
