This position follows a Hybrid-Remote work schedule but is open to fully Remote teammates with experience in ROPS Revenue Cycle Management.

We are currently seeking and interviewing ambitious, team-oriented, and analytically-minded individuals who enjoy problem-solving and researching in a fast-paced and FUN work environment!

DaVita is looking for a Revenue Specialist for our Credits Department. Ideal candidates are highly ambitious, results-driven, and comfortable thinking "outside the box." In this role, you will develop and maintain relationships with insurance companies, review accounts, process refunds or retractions on patient accounts with system credit balances, and research and resolve problem accounts as needed.

Individuals in this role work with insurance payers to research and resolve accounts on behalf of our patients. While much of the research and resolution is conducted via phone, email, and insurance portals.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify trends and perform root cause analysis on overpaid claims
  2. Research and resolve system overpayments with insurance payors
  3. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clinical personnel, teammates, and insurance representatives

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Associates or Bachelor’s degree highly preferred
  • Ability to research and problem-solve using analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Revenue Cycle Management, billing, or collections experience required
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve challenging issues
  • Strong team values

Salary/Wage Range
