Remolity, Inc. is seeking a Revenue Operations Specialist (SaaS) to own the systems behind revenue and customer motions.

This role rewards practical operational judgment over AI familiarity, and you will work across revenue ops, sales ops, CS ops, or implementation to resolve conflicts and design compliant workflows. You will configure CRM (Salesforce or HubSpot) and related tools, diagnose revenue data problems, and explain tradeoffs to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Hands-on CRM configuration in Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Experience with billing, CPQ, ticketing, or project tracking.
• 4+ years in SaaS revenue or ops.
• Ability to explain tradeoffs to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Analyze revenue ops scenarios and explain design choices.
• Resolve policy conflicts and document precedence.
• Design compliant workflows with approvals and access controls.
• Diagnose revenue data issues and prevent recurrence.
