Veta Virtual is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable & Revenue Operations Specialist to own the revenue cycle for our roofing and construction client. You will manage invoicing, progress billings, and collections, ensuring accuracy from estimate to cash in a fast-growing trades environment.

The role emphasizes QuickBooks Online and field-service platforms like JobNimbus or AccuLynx, with collaboration across accounting, project managers, and insurers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience in US-based companies, with AR and revenue focus.
• Experience with project-based invoicing and estimate-to-cash processes.
• Proficient in QuickBooks Online and field-service platforms (JobNimbus/AccuLynx).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end revenue operations from invoicing to collections across active job sites.
• Review invoices against contracts and insurance estimates; resolve discrepancies.
• Respond to homeowner, commercial client, and insurer inquiries on billing and payments.
• Collaborate with accounting on revenue reporting, job costing, and summaries.
• Drive process improvements and automation in QuickBooks Online and field platforms.
