Job summary

Veta Virtual is seeking a Senior Accounts Receivable & Revenue Operations Specialist to own revenue processes for our roofing and construction client base. This role combines AR management, invoicing, and collections with data accuracy and reporting.

You’ll optimize QuickBooks Online and field-service platforms, collaborate with project managers and insurers, and drive automation to speed cash flow while maintaining strong customer relationships. This is 100% remote with a competitive USD salary.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of accounting experience in U.S.-based companies with a focus on Accounts Receivable and Revenue Operations.
• Experience managing end-to-end billing cycles in project-based environments.
• Proficiency with QuickBooks Online; familiarity with JobNimbus/AccuLynx/CompanyCam or similar is preferred.
• Experience with insurance billing and understanding of insurance estimates and supplements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end revenue operations from invoicing to collections across active job sites.
• Review invoice accuracy against contracts, insurance estimates, and approvals; resolve discrepancies.
• Address homeowner/commercial/insurer questions on billing and payments and drive collections.
• Support revenue reporting by tracking job costing and reviewing project-level summaries.
• Optimize systems (QuickBooks Online, JobNimbus, similar platforms) and lead process automation in roofing workflows.
• Communicate clearly with clients, insurers, and subcontractors regarding billing and documentation.
