Qualifications

• Proven experience designing scalable, high-availability systems.
• Strong expertise with Go and backend services.
• Experience leading incidents and driving resolutions.

Responsibilities

• Design a highly scalable, mission-critical brokerage system.
• Develop and enhance middle- and back-office systems using gRPC microservices and React UI.
• Collaborate with core teams to support multiple languages, currencies, and markets.
• Coordinate with regional teams via Slack and occasional meetings to align globally.
• Troubleshoot incidents and bugs to maintain system integrity and performance.
• Support Alpaca’s international growth while navigating regulatory requirements.
