Job summary

Alpaca Health is expanding its leadership team to own the revenue engine and company-level outcomes. You will oversee collections, denial rates, and days in accounts receivable, while building a scalable RCM function across markets and payers.

The role partners with Product & Engineering to embed revenue intelligence and optimize end-to-end workflows. You will recruit and lead a best-in-class RCM team, drive proactive revenue optimization, and continuously improve reimbursement through

Qualifications

• 7-10+ years experience in operations with at least 5 years in commercial payor contracting and revenue cycle operations.
• Experience negotiating payor contracts and achieving higher reimbursement with quick turnaround.
• Experience running Revenue Cycle Management and building systems with strong claims acceptance rates.

Responsibilities

• Own the revenue engine and company-level outcomes across markets, payers, and providers.
• Build and lead a high-performing RCM organization with clear goals and cadence.
• Shift RCM from reactive to proactive growth with end-to-end workflows.
• Own payer performance and rate strategy, negotiating and renegotiating contracts.
• Partner with Product & Engineering to embed revenue intelligence into the platform.
• Design scalable operating systems for multi-state expansion.
• Lead with data, establishing KPIs, dashboards, and routines.
