Job summary

NCD is seeking a Revenue Operations Associate to own the full lifecycle of billing accuracy, payment file processing, partner analytics, and exception resolution across our member and carrier ecosystem. You will connect our enrollment platform (E123), payment gateway (NMI), and carrier partners to keep billing clean and patterns surfaced before issues arise.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years in billing operations or related back-office/administrative roles.
Strong attention to detail with proven ownership of recurring processes.
Ability to learn enrollment and billing platforms quickly and independently.
Excellent written communication for case management and cross-functional updates.
Capable of managing multiple daily and weekly workstreams without drops in quality.

Responsibilities

Process monthly payment files and carrier payment file implementation; act as primary liaison between NMI and E123.
Run daily declines monitoring and produce weekly trend reporting by agency, product, and carrier.
Own revenue exception identification, triage, and resolution end-to-end; manage billing holds escalations.
Collaborate with Member Care, Operations, and carrier partners to communicate billing status and escalation updates.
Other duties as assigned.
