Job summary

National Debt Relief seeks a Manager of Sales Analytics to act as a key analytical partner for the sales organization. This individual contributor role builds and maintains reports and dashboards used by sales leadership, while digging into the why behind results and surfacing opportunities for revenue growth.

You will work with sales leadership to shape strategy, champion data-driven decisions, and drive process improvements that improve performance and visibility across the sales function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Statistics, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of experience in sales analytics, BI, or related analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in BI/dashboarding tools; Sigma strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to translate data into strategic recommendations, not just reporting.
• Experience in financial services, consumer finance, or debt resolution a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain sales performance reports and dashboards to track KPIs, conversion rates, agent productivity, pipeline health, and other core metrics.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, translating findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Partner with sales leadership to shape strategy and performance improvement initiatives based on data-driven insights.
• Conduct deep-dive analyses (funnel performance, agent efficiency, campaign effectiveness) to answer strategic business questions.
• Present findings and recommendations to sales leadership and cross-functional stakeholders clearly.
• Monitor key metrics proactively, flagging anomalies or emerging trends before they become problems.
