World Fuel is seeking a Revenue Management Analyst to support pricing operations, margin analysis, and billing reconciliation for North American Land fuel. The role partners with Sales, Accounting, IT, and Revenue Management to ensure accurate pricing, identify margin improvements, and drive data-driven commercial decisions.

The ideal candidate will bring strong Excel, SQL, and analytics skills, with experience in pricing systems or quote-to-cash processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
2-5 years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, Business Analysis, Finance, Commercial Operations, Energy, or related analytical roles.
Experience supporting pricing systems, revenue management platforms, or quote-to-cash processes.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, complex formulas, and data analysis.

Responsibilities

Maintain and optimize customer pricing setups, formulas, contracts, and pricing exceptions.
Analyze pricing performance, gross margins, and revenue trends across customer segments.
Research billing disputes and pricing-related customer inquiries; validate invoice accuracy.
Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes through automation and dashboards.
