Targa Resources is seeking a skilled Analyst to manage revenue and cost accounting for gas processing plants, ensuring accurate gross margins and SOX-compliant documentation. You will work closely with the commercial team to analyze contracts and settlements.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance, energy-industry background, and strong Excel skills, able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• 1-3 years public accounting or operational accounting exp (Senior Analyst 3-5 years).
• Prior energy industry experience.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills.
• Extensive knowledge of GAAP.
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Regular and reliable attendance.

Mansioni

• Calculate product revenues and gas purchase cost and record transactions for gross margins at assigned gas processing plants.
• Analyze operational reports and coordinate with commercial group to resolve revenue and cost of sales questions.
• Review contracts and set up calculations for monthly gas purchase statements and financial settlements per contracts.
• Analyze month-end balances and gross margin activity; prepare reconciliations, margin analysis, and SOX documentation.
• Participate in special projects as requested.
• Other duties as assigned.
