Job summary

Pacer is seeking a Senior Revenue Manager to lead revenue strategy and dynamic pricing for a portfolio of short-term rental properties. You will own revenue outcomes end-to-end, configure pricing tools, and translate data into decisive actions for clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in revenue management for vacation rentals, STRs, or boutique hotels.
• Strong data analysis and performance monitoring experience.
• Proficient with RMS such as PriceLabs, Wheelhouse, Beyond or RevMax.
• Hands-on with PMS like Guesty, Hostaway, Streamline, Track.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and present to executives.
• Excellent relationship management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end revenue strategy and dynamic pricing for diverse STR portfolios.
• Configure and optimize RMS tools to improve NOI and long-term performance.
• Analyze pacing, market data, and booking velocity to seize opportunities.
• Deliver monthly performance reviews with clear, data-driven insights.
• Refine pricing layers and discounts aligned with goals.
• Foster trust-based client partnerships through proactive communication.
• Collaborate with data and product teams to enhance reporting and automation.
• Challenge assumptions and adapt strategies to changing markets.
• Maintain ownership mindset and accountability for client portfolios.
