Job summary

Highgate Hotels seeks a Revenue Manager to support multiple full-service hotels remotely across the Caribbean and Latin America market. You’ll prepare revenue reports, analyze performance, and communicate strategies to drive rate optimization and occupancy efficiency.

The role requires 1 year in hospitality, proficiency with STR/Demand 360 tools, and fluency in English and Spanish; experience with PMS/CRS/RMS systems is a plus. This is a remote position with a full-time schedule.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Hospitality (hotel management preferred).
• Proficient in industry reports like STR, Demand 360.
• Strong Excel/Word/PowerPoint skills.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, monthly revenue reports.
• Analyze Market Vision, STAR and related tools for opportunities.
• Maintain rate and inventory accuracy across systems.
• Support management with forecasting and budgeting processes.
• Participate in weekly revenue management meetings.
