Zusammenfassung

Inova Health System is seeking a dedicated Revenue Integrity Specialist Senior to join the team. This full-time remote role is permitted for residents in VA, MD, DC, DE, FL, GA, NC, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, WV.

You will support daily Revenue Integrity operations, ensuring accurate charge capture and reconciliation across clinical departments, while collaborating with leadership to optimize workflows and reduce revenue leakage.

Qualifikationen

• 6 years experience in healthcare revenue cycle management or related field.
• Certification: AAPC/AHIMA credentials (RHIT, RHIA, CCS, CPC) or RN licensure.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in lieu of degree.

Aufgaben

• Supports daily operations of the Revenue Integrity team with focus on accurate, compliant charge capture and reconciliation across clinical departments and service lines.
• Collaborates with service line leadership to review and audit charge capture workflows, identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
• Monitors revenue integrity metrics and reporting to identify areas at risk for revenue leakage.
• Serves as a resource for clinical departments on regulatory requirements.
• Supports training initiatives.
