Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 6 years in a professional billing environment focusing on coding, auditing, and compliance.
• Licenses/Certifications: CPC, CCS, CMC, CPMA upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct education for new providers on coding, billing, and compliance.
• Perform post-onboarding pre-bill reviews and monitor QA of documentation.
• Conduct independent reviews to ensure accurate coding and adherence to regulations.
