Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• Certification in CCS, CPC-I, CPC, CPMA, CPPM, CDEO, or CPCO.
• 3 years of medical coding, auditing, or coding education experience.
• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and related guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Plans and conducts provider audits for coding accuracy and compliance.
• Develops and delivers coding education to providers.
• Ensures compliance with CMS, OIG, and payer guidelines.
• Collaborates with Revenue Cycle and clinical teams on education and processes.
• Tracks performance using audit data and KPIs.
