Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in business or healthcare administration, regulatory compliance, consulting, project management, or related area.
• 5 years of professional experience in a compliance-related field.
• Compliance Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex assurance reviews of compliance activities against standards and policies.
• Evaluate effectiveness of compliance controls and university policies; assess risk and impact.
• Prepare compliance reports with supporting evidence and defend findings and recommendations.
• Assist in investigations of alleged breaches of policy or non-compliance.
• Maintain relationships with compliance personnel to achieve assurance objectives.
• Develop and deliver education and training materials on compliance topics.
