Job summary

The Wilshire Group is seeking three experienced Revenue Integrity Service Line Analysts for a fully remote consulting role. You will collaborate with physicians, clinical teams, finance, coding, IT, and other stakeholders to improve accurate revenue capture and implement practical improvements.

Ideal candidates have strong Epic and chargemaster experience, with a proven ability to review end-to-end workflows, identify revenue opportunities, and drive sustainable enhancements in a remote

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
Epic Revenue Integrity/Chargemaster certification preferred.
Progressive revenue integrity experience with cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

Serve as a Revenue Integrity resource for assigned clinical service lines and partner with stakeholders across various functions.
Review the chargemaster, Epic configuration, charge capture logic, and downstream billing processes.
Maintain Epic chargemaster content within assigned areas and optimize charge capture workflows.
