Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to track revenue performance, research accounts, and present findings to leadership, including C-suite executives. The role focuses on revenue cycle optimization, analytics, and committee leadership to deliver actionable recommendations and measurable improvements across care sites and departments.

Qualifications

• Three years of work-related experience in medical claims and follow-up.
• HFMA Certification (preferred).
• Epic systems experience (preferred).
• Five+ years of experience in medical billing/claims follow up (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Serve as subject matter expert across the organization and establish revenue cycle analytics to identify and mitigate revenue leakage.
• Ensure optimal performance in denial prevention in compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Lead revenue maximization projects through collaboration with leadership and care sites.
• Participate in process re‑engineering and committees to improve efficiency.
• Identify system and process improvement opportunities to maximize revenue streams.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement action plans.
• Provide recommendations for efficiency improvements to RSC Management team.
• Meet or exceed department standards and goals.
