You will research accounts, identify trends, and present findings to care-site leaders and up to C-suite audiences with confidence. The role requires leadership in committees and a focus on process improvement and efficiency at Intermountain.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of work-related experience in medical claims and follow-up.
• HFM A Certification preferred.
• Epic systems experience preferred.
• Knowledge of medical billing and collections.
• Ability to read and interpret EOBs.

Responsibilities

• Track revenue performance metrics and mitigate revenue leakage through analytics.
• Lead revenue maximization projects with leadership and care sites.
• Participate in process re-engineering to improve efficiency.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement action plans.
• Recommend improvements to RSC Management for efficiency.
