Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach by phone to re-engage inactive customers.
• Use texts to follow up and maximize re-engagement.
• Identify targets using data to prioritize outreach and revenue potential.
• Explain product value and benefits to both new and existing users.
• Handle objections and competing offers with a solutions-oriented approach.
• Document all interactions in CRM with accurate notes.
