Job summary

ExtraHop Networks is seeking a Sales Enablement Programs Manager. Remote (US) role focused on overseeing eLearning programs, content, and systems to boost revenue-team performance.

You will design courses, publish enablement materials, and measure impact with KPIs while maintaining the internal LMS and multimedia assets. A strong background in instructional design and sales enablement is required.

Qualifications

• 4 year college degree required.
• 5+ years of experience in revenue enablement, creating eLearning and enabling sales teams.
• Experience planning, designing, and creating learning experiences for revenue-generating teams (SDR, BDR, sales).
• Certifications or training in revenue enablement programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and create learning experiences (courses, paths, guides, videos) for onboarding, ramping, readiness, and ongoing effectiveness.
• Publish enablement experiences including videos, guides, instructions, and lessons.
• Identify KPIs such as surveys and scores to measure impact and drive improvement.
• Manage and maintain internal eLearning Library (LMS) lifecycle: creation, updating, archiving.
• Create a library of multimedia assets for use in eLearning and live sessions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure high-quality learning experiences that support how sellers learn.
