The ideal candidate has 7–10 years in hotel revenue management, strong analytical and leadership skills, and proven ability to influence cross-functional teams.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Finance or related field preferred.
• 7–10 years of progressive hotel revenue management experience, multi-property leadership.
• Experience with Hilton and Marriott branded hotels highly preferred.
• Proven success leading revenue strategy across diverse portfolio types.

• Develop and oversee pricing strategies based on demand, competition, and trends.
• Prepare forecasts, budgets, and revenue plans with accuracy and accountability.

• Present revenue analyses and strategic recommendations to ownership groups and senior leadership.
• Mentor regional and property revenue teams and promote best practices.
