Job summary

Reimagined Parking Inc. is seeking a Revenue Data Entry Clerk to ensure timely and precise revenue documentation and reporting. This role supports revenue operations through accurate entry, maintenance, and processing of data, contributing to the integrity of financial records.

You will enter daily revenue docs within two business days, review data for completeness, resolve discrepancies, and assist with month-end close in a fast-paced, remote environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of data entry or related experience.
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Fast, accurate data entry under tight deadlines.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritise work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Enter daily revenue documentation within two business days of data upload.
• Review data for completeness and accuracy before ledger transfer.
• Investigate discrepancies to ensure accurate financial reporting.
• Monitor workflow volumes and communicate delays to stakeholders.
• Support month-end revenue close activities and reporting.
