Job summary

Blue Cloud is hiring a Revenue Cycle Management Supervisor to oversee regional revenue cycle operations, including charge entry, AR follow-up, and denials. You will supervise, coach, and coordinate workflows, ensuring timely completion and adherence to payer requirements.

The role requires 3+ years in healthcare revenue cycle operations and 1+ year in a supervisory capacity, with strong analytical and communication skills. Remote work option available for the right fit.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare revenue cycle operations experience including billing, charge entry, A/R follow-up, denials or related functions.
• 1+ years in a lead, trainer, senior team member, or frontline supervisory role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify trends and escalate issues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of billing workflows, payer requirements, EOB/ERA research, denials, and A/R follow-up.
• Experience with payer portals and reporting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support charge entry representatives, AR representatives, and team leads in the region.
• Monitor daily productivity, timelines, and aging trends to meet regional goals.
• Coordinate daily workflows for charge entry, claims follow-up, denials handling and payment variances.
• Provide day-to-day direction and coaching on standard workflows and performance expectations.
• Assist with onboarding and training on payer requirements and documentation standards.
• Collaborate with billing, AR, and operations teams to ensure timely account resolution.
