Job summary

Sonora Quest Laboratories Corporate in Phoenix, AZ seeks a Revenue Cycle Analytics Supervisor to lead the analytics team and own the revenue cycle automation portfolio. You will drive insights using SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, and RPA technologies, partnering with senior leadership to improve financial and operational performance.

The role requires strong analytical skills, a background in healthcare revenue cycle, and proven leadership to recruit, coach, and develop staff.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics or related field or equivalent education and experience.
• Three (3) years’ experience in revenue cycle.
• Two (2) years’ experience in financial/data analysis.
• Demonstrated leadership through prior supervisory responsibilities and analytics initiatives.
• Experience developing, testing, deploying and monitoring workflow efficiency initiatives, specifically robotic process automation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee revenue cycle analytics, reporting, and business intelligence functions, ensuring data accuracy for decision-making.
• Oversee implementation, adoption, and optimization of reporting platforms, tools, automation solutions, and technologies.
• Provide leadership including recruiting, onboarding, development, and performance management of staff.
• Monitor and report team KPIs, productivity, and financial metrics, and perform root-cause analyses to drive improvements.
• Develop relationships with Revenue Cycle leadership, operational teams, clients, vendors, and internal partners to resolve issues and support objectives.
• Establish reporting standards and ensure compliance with policies, payer requirements, and data governance.
