Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Health Information Management, Healthcare-related field, or related field is required
• Master’s degree preferred
• 3 years of healthcare systems implementation experience required
• 3 years of experience in healthcare field preferred
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with expertise in Power BI and AI tools
• Knowledge of CPT and ICD-10 coding regulations and major payer guidelines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Spearhead cross-functional systems updates and configuration projects
• Configure and customize systems such as EMR, EHR and practice management platforms
• Analyze internal workflows to improve efficiency
• Support and promote Northpoint's core values and treatment philosophy
• Provide application support to meet department requirements
• Lead configuration team through training, process development, and QA
