Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking a Revenue Cycle Senior Systems Analyst to lead RCM configurations and cross-functional system updates. You will partner with BI and IT to optimize healthcare data workflows and ensure compliant, high-performing RCM solutions.

The role emphasizes collaboration, training, and scalable system enhancements across EMR/EHR platforms, with a focus on revenue cycle optimization and data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Health Information Management, Healthcare-related field, or in a related field is required
• 3 years of healthcare systems implementation experience
• 3 years of experience in the healthcare field preferred
• Experience with Revenue Cycle Management and systems configuration

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize systems such as EMR, EHR and practice management platforms
• Analyze internal workflows to recommend IT solutions that improve efficiency
• Support cross-functional teams during implementations/renewals
• Provide application support to meet department requirements
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain confidentiality
