Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking a Revenue Cycle Junior Business Systems Analyst to support analysis, testing, documentation, and optimization of RCM systems and workflows. You will collaborate with the Senior Systems Analyst and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into system requirements.

The role emphasizes data validation, testing, documentation, and training support, with remote work options and a path to grow in healthcare IT and RCM processes.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in information systems, health information management, healthcare, or related field preferred.
• Healthcare/RCM or business systems experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with healthcare systems, EMR/EHR, billing systems, or business applications preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (basic–intermediate).
• Willingness to learn healthcare systems and RCM processes.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Self-motivated, dependable, detail-oriented; able to work independently and with a team.
• Hybrid and onsite flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Assist with reviewing RCM processes to identify efficiency opportunities.
• Support system updates, configurations, enhancements, and workflow changes.
• Assist with testing changes, documenting results and issues.
• Perform data validation and review reports for discrepancies.
• Provide basic application support and escalate complex issues.
• Support UAT, QA, and peer review activities.
• Maintain system and workflow documentation and testing records.
• Help develop SOPs and user guides.
• Assist with planning, testing, and training for system implementations.
