Job summary

Northpoint Recovery Holdings, LLC is seeking a Revenue Cycle Systems Analyst to spearhead RCM system configuration and optimization across EHR/EMR platforms. You will partner with IT, BI and clinical teams to translate business questions into data-driven system solutions and drive improvements in financial and operational performance.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3+ years of Revenue Cycle Management experience, with strong analytical skills and proficiency

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems, health information management, healthcare-related field, or in a related field is required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Management and systems configuration, systems analysis, and systems implementation in health systems is required.
• Behavioral Health/Addiction Treatment RCM is strongly preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, complemented by expertise in tools like Power BI, AI, and clearing house.

Responsibilities

• Develops RCM applications and solutions by investigating processes to understand data and workflows with individual tasks and transactions.
• Supports cross-functional implementations/renewals and develops solutions for plan variations.
• Configure and customize systems such as EMR, EHR and practice management platforms.
• Analyze internal workflows to improve IT efficiency.
• Resolves RCM system issues with minimal disruption to clinical and financial operations.
• Provide support to team members for escalations and complex configuration requests.
• Provide application support to meet the requirements of assigned user departments, working with system owners and super-users.
• Lead configuration efforts with training, process development and QA.
• Collaborate with BI/technology teams to ensure reporting and analytics infrastructure is stable and high performing.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and protect confidential information.
