Job summary

Link Revenue Resources is seeking a Healthcare Revenue Cycle EHR/EMR Systems & Data Extraction Analyst to provide hands-on reporting and data extraction for health system engagements. You will pull accounts receivable, denials, aging, and payment reports from major EHR/EMR systems, build dashboards, and translate raw data into actionable insights for operational leadership and clients.

Qualifications

• Requires experience in hospital/health system revenue cycle operations.
• Strong understanding of patient access, charge capture, coding, billing, denials, and AR.
• Hands-on experience navigating major EHR/EMR or PM systems (Epic, Meditech, STAR, Paragon, eClinicalWorks, Veradigm/Allscripts, Cerner, NextGen).
• Experience pulling and building reports directly from an EHR/EMR or PM system, not just exporting data.
• Proficient Excel skills with formulas, lookups, pivot tables, data validation, and reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Pulls reports from EHR/EMR and PM systems to monitor AR, denials, aging, and cash posting.
• Builds and maintains dashboards for revenue cycle KPIs.
• Performs month-end payment posting reconciliation and investigates variances.
• Identifies underpayments and revenue leakage and supports corrective actions.
• Documents processes and supports system transitions and reporting enhancements.
