Vital Care Infusion Services is seeking a Revenue Cycle System Administrator to oversee the ongoing development of revenue cycle systems and support franchise partners across the Vital Care network. The role focuses on CareTend and Waystar, payer enrollments, and access controls to payer portals, with remote work flexibility.

Ideal candidates have CareTend/CPR+ experience and prior home infusion industry background, strong time management, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• CareTend, CPR+ or equivalent experience.
• Previous experience in the home infusion industry required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintenance of revenue cycle functionality within CareTend and Waystar.
• Manage RCM-related Help Desk tickets and user access levels.
• Oversee payer enrollments for ACH payments and electronic remit feeds.
• Specify users and access levels for Waystar.
