Job summary

Proliance Surgeons is seeking a Remote Revenue Cycle Specialist Assistant to support billing workflows from home. You will manage claims, posting of payments, and AR activities while ensuring accuracy and HIPAA compliance. The role requires 1–2 years of medical billing experience and CPC certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years medical billing experience required.
• CPC or equivalent certification preferred.
• Orthopedic Coding experience is a plus.
• Experience with NextGen and Amkai Billing Systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee claim processing and billing accuracy.
• Post patient and third-party payments.
• Address edits, rejections, and account resolutions.
• Maintain HIPAA compliant confidentiality.
• Provide timely and courteous customer service to patients and providers.
• Assist teammates as directed and follow onboarding policies.
