LifeStance Health is seeking a Billing Solutions Coordinator to resolve Revenue Cycle inquiries related to patient billing, eligibility, and collections. This remote role supports patients, health plans, vendors, and clinics across the US, with standard business hours and potential performance bonuses.

Strong communication and empathy are essential in a fast-paced setting. The position requires 2+ years in a healthcare call center environment, familiarity with EHRs, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2+ years call center experience; healthcare revenue cycle experience preferred.
• Experience with EHRs and call center systems.
• Strong computer proficiency with MS Office, Internet, and Email.

Responsibilities

• Handle Revenue Cycle inquiries via phone, email, voicemail, faxes, and patient portal with excellent service.
• Communicate with offices and patients to update information as needed.
• Process payment requests from patients and document transactions.
• Support leadership with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Resolve account questions and guide next steps for troubleshooting.
