Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Establish revenue cycle analytics and processes to reduce revenue leakage.
• Ensure denial prevention aligns with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Lead revenue maximization projects with leadership and care sites.
• Participate in process re-engineering to improve efficiency.
• Identify system and process improvements to maximize revenue.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Provide improvement recommendations to RSC Management.
• Meet or exceed department standards and goals.
