Qualifications

• Three (3) Years of work-related experience in medical claims and follow-up.
• Experience in medical claims and follow-up processes.
• HFMA Certification preferred; Epic systems experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME across the organization and establish revenue cycle analytics and processes to mitigate revenue leakage.
• Ensure optimal denial prevention in line with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Lead revenue maximization projects in collaboration with leadership and care sites.
• Participate in process re-engineering, projects and committees to improve efficiency.
• Identify system and process improvements to maximize revenue and address billing problems.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement action plans.
• Provide recommendations for efficiency improvements to RSC Management.
• Meet or exceed department standards and goals.
