Intermountain Health is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to track revenue performance across the organization, research accounts, and present findings to leadership up to the C-suite. Analyst skills in Epic navigation and process improvement will drive actions to reduce revenue leakage.

The role supports flexible work options with required video/Teams assessments. Remote candidates are considered; some onsite interviews may occur.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of work-related experience in medical claims and follow-up.
• HFMA Certification preferred.
• Epic systems experience preferred.
• Five (5)+ years of experience in medical billing/claims follow up.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME across the organization to establish revenue cycle analytics.
• Identify and mitigate issues with revenue leakage.
• Lead denial prevention in compliance with policy and regulatory requirements.
• Drive revenue maximization projects with leadership and care sites.
• Participate in process re-engineering and committee work to improve efficiency.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement action plans.
• Provide recommendations to RSC Management on efficiency improvements.
• Meet or exceed department standards and goals.
