Job summary
UW Medicine is seeking a Revenue Cycle Intelligent Automation Analyst to design, develop, and implement automation solutions across the enterprise revenue cycle. The role requires collaboration with ERC departments and IT Services to improve outcomes and deliver reliable automation outcomes.
Ideal candidates will have a healthcare/IT background, Epic ERP experience, and a strong ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, with a commitment to service excellence and 24x7
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a health-care oriented profession, a business-related field or other disciplines with analytical/communication abilities.
- 4+ years healthcare/IT experience, including 2+ years in automation/delivery of AI or automation projects.
- Experience with Epic and Revenue Cycle modules.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into design specs and maintain documentation.
Responsibilities
- Identify automation/AI opportunities through analysis.
- Deliver automation solutions and document requirements.
- Coordinate with analysts, developers, customers, and vendors for implementation.
- Unit/test end-to-end automation solutions and ensure quality deliverables.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to meet SLAs and ensure timely delivery.
