• Assess, document, and optimize Epic Revenue Cycle workflows to improve revenue integrity and efficiency.
• Develop and maintain Revenue Cycle training materials and standards for end-user adoption.
• Support Epic Revenue Cycle system configuration, testing, upgrades, and implementation.
