Job summary

UW Medicine is seeking an ERC Intelligent Automation Business Analyst to join the Enterprise Revenue Cycle team. You will partner with ERC leadership and IT Services to identify automation opportunities, document requirements, and drive AI-powered solutions across revenue-cycle processes.

The role requires healthcare/IT experience, knowledge of Epic modules, and hands-on work with RPA, GenAI, OCR, and IDP. You will lead UAT, Go-Live, and ongoing optimization to improve accuracy and productivity.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or related field
4+ years healthcare/IT experience
2+ years revenue cycle process improvement or automation/AI delivery
Experience with Epic Revenue Cycle modules
Experience with RPA, GenAI, OCR, IDP technologies
Experience with UAT and Go-Live support
MS Office proficiency in Excel, Word, Visio

Responsibilities

Identify automation/AI opportunities with ERC leadership to reduce manual work
Serve as primary contact for ERC automation requests with ITS
Identify opportunities for process re-engineering before automation
Lead workflow reviews and business requirements for builds
Translate complex revenue cycle processes into clear requirements for developers
Translate business requirements into actionable development specifications
Facilitate solution design review sessions to ensure alignment
Develop UAT approach, criteria, and scenarios
Coordinate Go-Live readiness activities and deployments
Maintain knowledge base with each deployment
