Job summary

Soar Autism Center is seeking a Central Operations Manager for Revenue Cycle Management. This remote role reports to the Director or VP of Central Operations and works with the SVP of Central Operations to scale RCM functions across Payor Auth, Credentialing, and Billing/Denial management.

The candidate will lead technology-enabled process improvements, offshore initiatives where regulation allows, and the development of performance metrics to support rapid, intentional growth in a startup

Qualifications

• Exceptional organization and project management.
• Entrepreneurial and adaptable with autonomous work style.
• Analytical and interpersonal agility across financial, clinical, and operational decisions.
• At least 1 year of experience in top-tier management consulting or investment banking (Analyst/Associate).
• Bachelor's degree required.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep operational and payor knowledge of Soar system and payor requirements.
• Build scalable technology leveraging AI tools and no-code platforms.
• Operationalize new tools and processes to realize value for the RCM team.
• Lead offshore initiatives with training, process development, and SLA governance.
• Develop and operationalize metrics for RCM departments.
