Job summary

Daybreak Health, a teletherapy provider serving youth and families, seeks a Senior Director of Revenue Cycle Management to own RCM end-to-end across Medicaid, MCOs, outpatient behavioral health, and telehealth. You will lead a small RCM team, partner with Finance, Clinical Operations, Product and Engineering, and drive automation to scale without headcount growth.

You will report to the President and Co-Founder and own system relationships, eligibility workflows, and cash forecasting, while

Qualifications

• 10+ years in revenue cycle management (RCM).
• 5+ years leading RCM teams, including startups.
• Deep outpatient behavioral health and Medicaid/MCO billing expertise.
• Hands-on use of AI and automation to improve work.
• Track record of standing up reporting, automating manual work, and leading system migrations.
• Strong executive communication; can present complex findings clearly.

Responsibilities

• Own AR and denials; fix root causes in workflow and systems.
• Run metrics: net collection rate, days in AR, clean claim rate, denial rate.
• Own EHR, clearinghouse, and billing platform relationships and configurations.
• Oversee front-end revenue integrity: eligibility, benefits verification, and patient responsibility.
• Lead automation initiatives for billing, posting, follow-up, and reconciliation.
• Provide cash forecasting and be a credible partner to Finance.
• Ensure compliance around confidentiality, HIPAA, and audits.
